Acceptable Use Policy

Messaging and consent

• Do not send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawfully obtained bulk messages.
• Use required templates, messaging windows, notices, opt-in records, and opt-out controls.
• Do not evade provider sending limits, account restrictions, reviews, or enforcement decisions.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, credential collection, or deceptive commercial practices.
• Harassment, threats, exploitation, unlawful hate content, or material that endangers children.
• Illegal goods or services, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, or unauthorized disclosure of personal data.

Platform and account security

• Do not test security without written authorization, disrupt the service, scrape restricted data, bypass access controls, or attempt to enter another workspace.
• Do not share provider secrets, access tokens, passwords, or session credentials through conversations or support requests.

Enforcement

Ranan may investigate, restrict, or suspend prohibited use and preserve relevant evidence or cooperate with authorities where legally required. Provider action may separately limit or remove a connected channel.
