Ranan is a SaaS workspace for supported customer-conversation channels. Public pages describe the product, but no price, currency, trial, promotion, recurring charge, or card brand is offered through a working checkout at this time.
Written commercial terms
Where a paid service is made available, a written quote or order must state the service scope, total price, currency, applicable taxes, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, refund, and activation terms before the customer accepts it.
Provider and usage costs
Communication providers may charge separate messaging, template, phone-number, email, or account fees. Any included or excluded provider costs must be identified in the customer’s written order rather than assumed from this page.
Future checkout
Before any payment gateway is enabled, the checkout must show the exact seller identity, customer support route, price and currency, billing frequency, service-delivery terms, cancellation and refund rules, and links to Privacy and Terms.
